I think everyone will agree - this year the weather was perfect on Easter! The kids were in shorts and bare feet for the egg hunt. Here they are on the deck, ready to head to the backyard and find those eggs.
I put mostly non-treat items in the eggs. Logan is getting ready to stamp his entire body with the little bunny stamp he got in an egg.
Dave and his dad watched from the deck.
Alex enjoys helping his nieces and nephews
If you look closely you can see the bubbles .
I love how Logie is kissing his mommy's head.
Lily read the boys' Star Wars books to them. She is such a great little reader.
We went out to my parent's house for another dinner and egg hunt. Mom is doing so well after breaking her hip only two weeks ago. We are glad she is back home. Here are all of the adult girls that were there:
We also celebrated birthdays that evening for Sophie, Maria and Carrie. All of the little girls were still in their Easter dresses. So, of course, I had to get pictures of all of them.
Then it was time for the egg hunt in Mom and Dad's backyard.
Dad's garden is already plowed and the early veggies planted.
After we had taken a picture of the egg hunters we had to take one more with Bryson and Alex, the only other non-married grandkids there.
It was a wonderful Easter day.

Beautiful family. They all look so great in their Easter finery. I want a garden like that! It's huge. I guess I will have to be happy with my tiny one which is small, but I'm already getting sweet peas.
