Conference Crepes and such

Twice a year we have crepes right before the Sunday morning session of General Conference begins.

Briggy likes grapes and bananas more than crepes.

Dad Grose likes his crepes, however.

Four generations watched conference with us.

These two are still newlyweds.

These two have three kids now.

After the second session of conference was over we were feeling a little cooped up in the house.  Outside, it was Indian Summer to the max.  Dave, Alex and I walked up the street to the Bonneville Shoreline Trail.

Washington Boulevard

I'm not sure how an apple tree came to be growing on the side of Ben Lomond.  (Johnny Appleseed?)

Check out the contrast of the blue sky with that blazing orange tree.  Sublime.

Although I've never seen any, supposedly there are mountain goats on the side of the mountain here.

A wonderful Sunday, hearing the word of God and then seeing His beautiful creations.
