Faves of 2010 - Nature Photos

Although this may look like a snow covered field, it is actually the Mississippi River completely frozen over. I took this shot while standing at the end of Parley Street in Nauvoo, IL. back in February of this year.

This was on a hike to Blanche Lake.

Although this is blurry, I adored the sheep on the hill, right next to the North Sea. I took this on the train from London to Edinburgh.

Blossoms with an ancient church in the background -Cornwall, England

The "Spring Green" in Cornwall.

Looking at many of the lakes that can be seen from the top of Bald Mountain.

Washington Lake.

Wild flowers in a meadow next to Washington Lake.

I liked the reflections on Washington Lake in this pic.

Twin Falls, ID

If I had paid attention in 7th grade science class I could probably identify what kind of cloud this was in Idaho.

Our canoe - Washington Lake

Andrew took this picture of the meadow where he, Dave and Jud camped.

Point Loma, CA. I heart the ocean.

On a bike ride along the Weber River.

Rainbow seen from my front porch.
