Family Trip to California - Part 4, Sea World

We always had an annual Family Sea World pass when we lived in San Diego.  But it has been years since we have been there.  How fun it was to now see it through our grandchildren's eyes.

Two of the sea lions got in a fight during the Sea Lion and Otter show.

Everyone enjoyed handling starfish in the tidepools.

Gotta love Shamu!

It was one of the warmest days we've ever experienced at Sea World.  I could hardly sit through the Dolphin show.  I was sweating bullets.

Baby Beluga.

I love how Beluga whales look like they are smiling.

This looks like one of the turtles Dave and I swam with in Maui earlier this year.

It's a family tradition to get a chocolate dipped cookie at the Sea World bakery.

At the animal show Logan said the music was hurting his ears.  It really was loud.

They used to charge extra money to ride the tram.  But now it is free.  I love it.

Jack, Alex and I were in one together.

What an amazing view!

Dave and Olivia rode together.

Jack told Alex run as fast as he could.

Livie loves her grandpa.

Olivia is just learning to walk.

These little kid rides are new since we've been to Sea World.  But the kids loved them.

We had a great day.  But some of us didn't feel like driving back to Palm Springs and decided to spend the night in San Diego so we could enjoy one more day down there.
