Birthday #52

I am embracing my age.  It is what it is and I am grateful to have lived this many years.

I had a great birthday.  Holly, Ashley and their kids came over and brought take-out Mexican food from Bella's. It was oh so very good.  We enjoyed eating it in the shade as the temp got to 103 that day.

And what else do you do when it is that hot?  Swim!

In keeping with the spirit of the Olympics we had crocodile races.  (I am so obsessed with the Olympics this year.  I can't seem to get enough of it and watch it every chance I get!)

That night Dave took me to Sushi Ya.  It was extremely delicious.  Between the two of us we ate 5 rolls. 

I am a happy birthday girl indeed.
