"We're going to the zoo, zoo zoo, how about you, you, you?"

Yesterday the temperatures rose to 99 degrees.  And yes, we went to the zoo.  And we had a great time in spite of the heat.

 

 

 

We ate our home-packed lunches under a shady bowery.  So that was nice.

The bird show was phenomenal.  We all loved it.

Lily was such a kind sister to Olivia.  She pushed her in the stroller the entire time and took such good care of her.

We ended the six hour visit with the train ride.  A perfect way to finish.

I think Brigham enjoyed it the most.  From the "toot" of the engine, to all the animals we passed, he was enthralled.

How sad is this.  We spent six hours there and this is the only picture I took of an actual animal.  Well, I did take a few more but none of them really turned out.

I enjoyed the kids and their reactions more than the animals.
